GIVING TUESDAY 2023
“Hello? Can you hear me?” Have you ever been in mid-conversation and your connection is lost? Good equipment and signals are needed to keep connections strong.
When God makes the connections, amazing things happen!
Locally and nationally, students from all walks of life are taking FBC classes in person, via Zoom, or through our self-paced online courses. God has connected us with students in 9 different states this semester!
Internationally, God is connecting us in unlikely places! We are working with a Pakistani pastor who sought out FBC to develop courses for believers in his area. He translated an FBC course into Urdu, and, through Zoom, we lead a weekly Bible study. He writes,
“I am so honored to have fellowship with you. Praise the Lord. My brother, I am thankful to the Holy Spirit for this connection… we believe that this college brings a great Change in the nation of Pakistan.”
God is making the connections and we are answering the calls in obedience and anticipation!
We are also in communication with leaders in Mexico, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia who feel FBC can come alongside those with whom they minister.
All these relationships depend on us not Dropping the Call! Better equipment and increasing partnerships will improve these connections. We need to make sure our technology supports our communication locally and around the globe.
Will you help us? For this Giving Tuesday and as we head into the end of the year, your prayers and gifts of any amount will help us keep those lines open to communicate God’s Word as He guides.
Thank you for encouraging us through your prayers and financial support. We will keep you posted during these exciting times at FBC!
“…so is My word that goes out from My mouth: It will not return to Me empty, but will accomplish what I desire and achieve the purpose for which I sent it.” Isaiah 55:11
